使用FirstBase代辦在美國德拉瓦州設立LLC公司的過程 (三) (Set Up an LLC in Delaware (3))

    In the previous article, we explored the issue of equity distribution when establishing a company. This article continues to document the process of applying for a company through FirstBase:

    After the founders (Owners) and equity allocations are confirmed, the page will move on to the section asking for the applicant’s mailing address. The applicant can freely fill this out. On the form, there is an option for “Taiwan” under the Country field, but the State field cannot be left blank—so simply enter “Taiwan Province” there.

前文探討了創立公司的股權分配問題，本文繼續記錄透過FirstBase申請公司的過程：

公司創立者(Owner)及股權分配後，頁面會跳到提供申請人的郵寄地址。申請人自由填寫即可。頁面中的國家有 "Taiwan" 選項，但 "State" 無法空白，那就填入”台灣省 (Taiwan) ” 。

接下來頁面填入申請人資訊。

點選右下角 "Sign Up" 註冊帳號後，系統就會跳到付款的頁面了。FirstBase的費用是 399 USD，含 (1) LLC註冊創立、(2) 收信地址登錄、(3) 稅務建立 (雇主辨識號碼 (Employer Identification Number, EIN))、(4) 銀行帳戶創立 (Mercury Bank)，各位台灣夥伴可自由比價選擇代辦公司。博格勝發現FirstBase在創立者經過幾天不付款後，會電子郵件寄出優惠代碼，填入後可節省約 20 USD。

付款後FirstBase系統將會寄出美國公司註冊確認信，創立者確認註冊資訊無誤後回覆就可以了。信中說明公司註冊將花費1-2個工作天，我們繼續觀察進度。
