        After payment, FirstBase sent an email stating that the business name is available for registration. FirstBase will now forward the submitted information to their partnered registered agents to complete the company formation, which typically takes about 2–4 business days.

    After the founders (Owners) and equity allocations are confirmed, the page will move on to the section asking for the applicant’s mailing address. The applicant can freely fill this out. On the form, there is an option for “Taiwan” under the Country field, but the State field cannot be left blank—so simply enter “Taiwan Province” there.
